Sean “Diddy Sentenced To 50 Months In Prison
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sentenced to 50 months, or 4 years and 2 months, in federal prison.
On Friday, the hip-hop mogul appeared in federal court in Manhattan, where a judge sentenced him on two counts of transporting women for prostitution.
The sentence was longer than what Combs’ lawyers were requesting (14 months or time served) but shorter than the government’s proposal of 135 months.
”Exploitation and violence against women must be met with real accountability, to promote respect for the law,” the judge said.The hours-long hearing included each of his six oldest kids tearfully asking the judge to free their father and Combs speaking out in court for the first time
