Trump Sues IRS for $10 Billion Over Leaked Tax Returns

President Donald Trump has filed a $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS and the U.S. Treasury Department, accusing the agency of unlawfully leaking his confidential tax return information through a former contractor.

The suit, filed alongside Eric Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and the Trump Organization, seeks damages for alleged reputational and financial harm. The contractor, Charles Littlejohn, is currently serving a five-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to disclosing the records to media outlets.
